Award-Winning: The Green Bunker

The Green Bunker St. Pauli was honored with the MIPIM Award 2025 in Cannes – the world’s largest real estate fair – in the category “Best Conversion.” For us, it’s a powerful signal: the Bunker is no longer just a historic monument, but a beacon of sustainable urban development. What began as a World War II relic is now a space for culture, community, and the future.
