  • Is there a late check-out?

    Late check-out is possible until 4 pm depending on occupancy and availability and costs € 10.00 per hour.

  • Is there an early check-in?

    Early check-in is possible on request and subject to availability.

  • Until when can I cancel my room?

    If you have booked our flexible rate, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. If you cancel our non-refundable rate, you will be charged 90% of the full booking value.

  • How do I get to the hotel?

    From Hamburg main station

    U-Bahn From Hauptbahnhof Süd take the U3 (yellow line) in the direction of Barmbek. Get off at the Feldstraße stop. From here it is a 3 minute walk to the BUNKER.

    From Hamburg Airport (HAM)

    S-Bahn and U-Bahn Take the S1 (green line) in the direction of Wedel. At the Ohlsdorf stop, change to the U1 (blue line) in the direction of Farmsen/Volksdorf/Ohlstedt. At the Kellinghusenstraße stop, change once again to the U3 (yellow line) in the direction of Wandsbek- Gartenstadt. Get off at the Feldstraße stop. From here it is a 3-minute walk to BUNKER.

  • Is smoking allowed in the rooms/balconies?

    No. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in Hamburg BUNKER, including the rooms.

  • Is there a fitness area?

    There is no fitness area on the hotel premises. However, our guests can purchase a day pass for the UFC Gym in the bunker at reception.

  • Is there a wellness area?

    There is no wellness area in the hotel. However, our crew will be happy to give you tips on where you can relax in the surrounding area.

  • Is there room service?

    We do not offer room service. You are welcome to pick up bread rolls and pastries from our Café Constant Grind or treat yourself in one of our two restaurants.

  • Where can I park?

    We have a few hotel parking spaces that you can book on site for a fee. It is not possible to reserve these spaces before arrival. Another possibility to park your car close to the bunker is the parking garage of the Rindermarkthalle or the parking lot at Heiligengeistfeld.

  • When is breakfast served?

    We serve breakfast as a buffet - Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 10:30 and at weekends from 07:30 to 11:00.

  • Which rooms have a harbor view?

    There are rooms with harbor view in every category. For booking and further information please contact our booking department at res@reverbhotelhamburg.com

  • What does REVERB have to do with hard rock?

    Reverb is a modern hotel concept of the Hard Rock International brand. We in Hamburg are the second Reverb Hotel worldwide. At Reverb, everything revolves around music and art.

  • Can you hold meetings in the hotel?

    We are not a classic conference hotel. Nevertheless, we have many options for organizing your meetings and events with us. Please contact our event department at events@hamburgbunker.com

  • Is the hotel barrier-free? Are there rooms with disabled access?

    The hotel is accessible via an elevator and there are disabled and wheelchair-accessible rooms.

  • Can I buy a voucher?

    Buy a voucher online here and download it directly or come and see us at the Bunker. Our colleagues at reception can issue you with a voucher.
